By default, all members of a given team can see the Team Assessment results. This approach supports transparency and helps teams collectively understand and leverage their strengths for better collaboration and performance.
If a manager or team lead needs to limit or control access, they can upgrade their account to Full Platform Access. With this access, Admins can manage the visibility of the Team Report and choose to hide it from some or all team members when needed.
