If your code for unlocking the Team Report isn’t working, there are a few common reasons to check:

First, make sure you’re using the code for the correct report type. For example, a code purchased for Team Reports can’t be used to unlock individual Full Strengths Reports.

Second, you may have already used the full balance of the code. For instance, if the code covers Team Reports for five people and you’re trying to unlock reports for more than that, the code will no longer apply.

Third, the code may have expired, in which case it can no longer be redeemed.

Lastly, codes are activated only after the payment transaction is fully processed. Depending on the payment method, this may take some time. If you try to apply the code immediately after purchase, it may not yet be active. In this case, we recommend waiting a few hours and trying again once the transaction is complete.
