When providing peer feedback, you’ll encounter 25 slider questions and 2 open-ended questions. Each slider question describes a specific strength, and you’ll rate how well that strength describes the person requesting feedback. One end of the slider means the description doesn’t resonate with them, while the other end means it fully describes them.

The slider responses are anonymous, so the requester won’t know who gave which rating. The open-ended questions, however, will display your name, giving the requester insight into your written feedback. Providing thoughtful written responses is optional but highly valuable.
