At HIGH5, we strongly value transparency. When someone consents to joining a team, they should have visibility into how strengths show up and interact within that team. Open access to insights helps build trust, alignment, and shared ownership of team dynamics.
By default, the Team Report is visible to all team members. However, Admins with Full Platform Access can manage the visibility of the report. This means they can choose to temporarily hide or show the Team Report for team members, for example, if results need to be reviewed first by leadership, HR, or a coach before being shared more broadly.
