The feedback process is designed to be quick and straightforward, consisting of 25 slider questions and 2 open-ended questions, taking around 5–7 minutes to complete.
To provide feedback, click the invitation link in the email. This will take you to the HIGH5 platform where you can answer questions about the person who requested your feedback.
Important: Slider responses are fully anonymous, so the requester won’t see who gave which rating. Open-ended responses will display your name, but providing written feedback is optional.
