When you add team members to a group on the HIGH5 platform, their results are only incorporated into the team report if they have completed the HIGH5 assessment and accepted your invitation.
Therefore, if you invite team members to the team and they have not taken the test before, they will be prompted to do so to join your group. Once they have completed the assessment using your unique invitation links, they will be automatically added to the group.
