On the HIGH5 platform, there are three invite options available, each with its own method of inviting team members. You can learn more about these options here.
If you have used Method A or B for the invite and no one has received it, there could be an issue with the communication channel you have been using.
As for Method C, it's possible that the email invitations may have been filtered into recipients' spam or junk folders. We recommend asking your teammates to check these folders and mark any emails from @high5test.com as safe or add it to their company's friendly domains list to ensure that future emails are not blocked by the system.
