I have lost the code I was given to unlock my results. What should I do?

If you've lost the code provided to unlock your results, there are a couple of steps you can take to resolve this issue.

Firstly, try reaching out to the person who initially provided you with the code and ask them to resend it to you. They should be able to retrieve it from their records and resend it to you.

Secondly, if you placed the order yourself, double-check your mailbox as the unlocking code is always sent to the email address you made the transaction with.

Finally, if you've exhausted all avenues and completely lost access to the code,  you can contact our support team, and we'll do our best to assist you in restoring the code.
