My code for unlocking my personal report does not work. What’s wrong?

If your code isn't working immediately after payment, it could be due to the payment processor taking some time to validate the transaction. During this period, the code remains inactive until the payment is marked as completed on our end. Usually, payments are processed swiftly, so we advise waiting a short while before attempting to apply the code again.

However, if your code still doesn't work after waiting, it may have already been used or expired. Used codes cannot be applied again, and expired codes, especially those purchased over a year ago, may no longer be valid. In such cases, please reach out to our support team for manual investigation and assistance in resolving the issue promptly.
