My code for unlocking my personal report does not work. What’s wrong?

If your code isn't working immediately after payment, it could be due to the payment processor taking some time to validate the transaction. During this period, the code remains inactive until the payment is marked as completed on our end. Usually, payments are processed swiftly, so we advise waiting a short while before attempting to apply the code again.

If it still doesn’t work after waiting, double-check that the correct report was selected. The code will only apply to the specific report it was intended for.


If you've checked the correct report was selected, it may have already been used or expired. Used codes cannot be applied again, and expired codes, especially those purchased over a year ago may no longer be valid. If this happens, please contact our support team and provide details of the error message you're seeing and your receipt or proof of payment for further assistance.
