First, it's possible that you're applying the code for the purchase of the wrong report. For example, you have pre-purchased Team Reports only, but trying to unlock individual Full Strengths Reports using the same code.
Second, it's possible that you've already used all the balance you have preloaded on this code. For example, you have pre-purchased a Team Report for 5 people, but trying to unlock the report for 7 people.
Third, another possibility is that the code may have expired.
Finally, the codes get activated as soon as the transaction is successfully processed. Depending on your payment method, sometimes it might take a bit of time for the transaction to get processed. Applying the code immediately, while the transaction has not been processed, might result in the code not being active at the moment of its application. In this case, we recommend simply trying once again after a few hours to ensure the transaction is complete and the code is activated.
