I completed the HIGH5 test many years ago. Do I need to complete it again?

Our methodology suggests that strengths are inherent traits, not skills acquired over time. Therefore, your initial assessment should accurately reflect your strengths now even if you have taken the test a long time ago. There is no need or recommended frequency of retaking the assessment.

As long as you have access to the email you used to register, you should be able to access your results without retaking the assessment. However, users with full platform access have the option to retake the assessment once per calendar year if they wish to update their results. For more information on how to retake the assessment, please refer to this article.
