Are there particular strengths that I must have as a manager or a leader?

In the realm of leadership and management, there is no predefined set of strengths that individuals must possess to be effective in their roles. Rather than adhering to a rigid checklist of specific attributes, successful leaders and managers leverage their unique strengths and abilities to inspire, motivate, and guide their teams towards shared goals and objectives.

Don't forget that strengths are less about 'what' you do and more about 'how' you do it.
