Once you've purchased one-time reports on the HIGH5 platform, they do not expire. You'll have access to your purchased reports indefinitely, allowing you to refer back to them whenever needed.
It's important to note that while individual reports do not have an expiration date, subscriptions to our platform do have a duration. If you've subscribed to our service, your subscription is typically charged on a per-user, per-year basis. Therefore, your subscription will need to be renewed annually to maintain access to our platform, reports and features.
